Over the past 27 years, I have had the privilege of witnessing the Democratic Republic of Congo evolve, grow and consistently reveal its extraordinary potential. That journey has shaped my deep optimism about the country’s future.

The DRC is widely recognised for its vast natural resources. While these assets remain vital to its development, I believe the country’s greatest strength lies in its people.

A young population, an entrepreneurial mindset, remarkable resilience and a willingness to embrace opportunity provide a powerful foundation for sustainable economic progress.

Over the years, I have seen local talent develop into highly capable professionals, entrepreneurs build successful enterprises, communities progress alongside industry and businesses become powerful drivers of employment, skills development and economic activity.
